My pattern making process begins with inspiration leading me into fields of research and visual exploration. I gather sketches, painted studies, materials, photographs, ornamental references, and bring them together through play and experimentation — by hand and within Adobe Illustrator.
The finished works evolve into seamless repeat files with vectorized artwork designed for use across scales, often in multiple colorways that reflect the layered atmosphere and story behind each design.
